THE HAGUE, June 30. The Cabinet has resigned as a result of the refusal of the Premier, Dr. Colijn, to agree to the desire of the
Catholic Party Ministers to borrow in order to finance defence and x unemployment relief. Dr. Colijn prefers to frame the Budget according to the revenue. He is considering a request by the Queen that he should lead a new Government.
