STUBBORN PROBLEM

(Received June 16, 1.20 p.m.) GENEVA, June 15. The Colonial Secretary, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, told the Mandates Commission that the Palestine White Paper was the final act in consideration of a stubborn problem.
