STREET DAY APPEAL

A meeting of the women's social committee of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Scottish Territorial Regimental Association and representatives of the S.P.C.A. and R.S.A. was held yesterday to discuss arrangements for the streel day to be held on Friday. July 7 on behalf of the Wellington Company of the New Zealarid Scottish Territorial Regiment and the S.P.C.A. Mrs. A.B. Ross, convener of the women's social committee of the Wellington branch, presided. Arrangements were made for lorry displays, special band music, and other attractions for- the day of the appeal.
