PROPAGANDA DUTIES IN WARTIME
(Independent Cable Service.) (Received June 15, 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, June 14. It is understood that the Government will shortly announce the .formation of an organisation which is intended to form the nucleus of a Ministry of Information, v.hich in war time would be cony rted into a Propaganda Ministry, with powers for a censorship of the Press.
Lord Perth would possibly act as head of the organisation.
