It is understood that the Government will shortly announce the .formation of an organisation which is intended to form the nucleus of a Ministry of Information, v.hich in war time would be cony rted into a Propaganda Ministry, with powers for a censorship of the Press.

Lord Perth would possibly act as head of the organisation.
