ARCHBISHOP O'SHEA'S RECEPTION
In the unavoidable absence of the Hon. A. Hamilton, the Opposition is to be represented at the public reception to Archbishop O'Shea in the Town Hall tonight by the Hon. J. G. Cobbe. The Mayor (Mr. T. C. A. Hislop) will preside, and other speakers will be the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage), the Minister of Education (the Hon. P. Fraser), the Catholic Bishops of Christchurch anS Auckland, and the Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C.
