(Received June 6, 1.20 p.m.)
TOKIO, June 5.
Tension has again arisen on the Soviet-Manchukuoan frontier after a conflict in the vicinity of Changlingtze north of Changkufeng. It is alleged that 700 Red Russians, with tanks and heavy guns, backed up a party which entered Manchukuoan territory to plant survey flags. The Japanese attacked them, killing six and wounding ten.
