LONDON, June 4.

The Vatican City correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Company reports that the Pope has again made important moves, on behalf of European peace, and early this week the Foreign Secretary, Lord Halifax, is expected to receive the Apostolic Delegate, Monsignor Godfrey, who will- deliver a special message from Pope Pius. In addition, a high prelate whose name at present is not divulged is going to London tomorrow bearing a second special message, but it is unknown whether it is addressed to the King or to the Prime Minister.
