WHEAT CROP SUFFERS
FOURTEEN FATALITIES

TURIN, June 2.
Torrential hail and rain storms which aije sweeping the peninsula have greatly damaged the Italian wheat crop, and 35,000 acres of land are already under water.
Fourteen persons were killed and over 200 are homeless as a result of extensive landslides from mountains which were shaken by earthquakes.
