LONDON, May 25. Results in the British amateur golf championship are:
Fourth Round.—White (Liverpool) beat J. Baillieu (Melbourne), 3 and 2.
Fifth Round. —J. Bruen beat J. Graham, 5 and 4; Holt beat Nugenthead, 1 up; R. Chapman (U.S.A.) beat G. Peters, 2 up; Thorn defeated Nunneley, 3 and 1; A. Kyle beat Hileh, 2 and 1; Duncan beat C, Timmis, 1 up; S. Roberts beat White, 1 up; C. Stowe beat S. Lunt, 4 and 3.
manding it at Gallipoll, and in Egypt and Sinai. He took part in the capture of Jerusalem and Damascus and was in temporary command of the Australian Mounted Division, being mentioned in dispatches and winning the D.S.O. In 1919 he received the C.M.G., and he also held the Order of the Nile, Third Class.
