LOCKWOOD— On May 24, 1939, at her residence, 63 Nairn Street, Eunice Aunie, wife of Wilfred Lockwood, motner or Lois Lockwood, and sister of Mary, Lily, and George, Ealph, and Jessie Dearnley. McALOON.—On May 24, 1939, at his residence, 37 Cordelia Street, Stratford, Owen Balfour, beloved husband of Margaret McAloon, and loved father of Mrs. N. L. Cairns, Cudby Street, Lower Hutt: aged 73 years.
MAHONY.—On May 25. 1939, at her residence, 131 Adelaide Road. Sarah, beloved wife of Daniel Mahony, and loved mother of Bertie, Ruby, Horace, Gilbert, Roy, Ivy. and Bill; aged 70 years.
MOLONEY.—On May 25, 1939, at Wellington, Christina, beloved wife of James Moloney, 64 Miramar Avenue, and mother of Mrs. A. Mair, of Auckland, and Mrs. G. Sutherland, Ngaio, and Jack and George, Wellington. PROCTOR. Emma.—On May 25, 1939, at Wellington, after short illness, widow of late Thomas Proctor, and dearly loved mpther of F J. and C. E. Proctor, in her S6th year.
TELFER. —On May 26, 1939, at the Wellington Hospital, Samuel Alexander, beloved husband of the late Catherine Macintosh Telfer, of 5 Doctors Commons, Hawker Street; aged 81 years.
