V.M.C.A. PUBLIC SPEAKING CLUB
The V.M.C.A. Public Speaking Club held its fortnightly meeting at the V.M.C.A. recently. The evening was devoted to five-minute talks, and 20 members took part. Mr. Boodle occupied the chair. At the conclusion ,Mr. W. F. Ponder, the adjudicator, gave a few words of advice to speakers.
