PARIS, May 21. The Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, in a speech, said: —
"France is not encircling anyone, and seeks to co-operate with all, but she will not accept a progressive triumph of violence over justice and right. Our frontiers are marked by the blood of the glorious dead, and we intend to keep our inheritance."
