G. J. COLES NEW ISSUE
The Stock Exchange was advised by cable today at 9 a.m. by G. J. Coles, Ltd., Melbourne, that the application closing rate for the new share issue is extended to July 31. The second payment date is extended to January 31, 1940. The directors also have decided that any dividend payable for the halfyear ending June 30 may be applied by New Zealand shareholders only towards the payment due on July 31. Authority for signature will be forwarded with the application form.
