FARMING INDUSTRY
(Special to the "Evening Post.")
MASTERTON, This Day.
Need for disclosure of the real position in which the farming industry was placed was urged at the annual meeting of the Pahiatua, branch of the Farmers' Union and the following resolution was carried:—
"That thi. branch desires to convey to Dominion headquarters the urgent necessity of more vigorous and drastic action being taken in all matters affecting the man on the land and that the real position of the farming industry be disclosed to the Government and general public,"
