APPEAL FOR BOYCOTT

Following a rise in the wholesala price of potatoes to £23 a ton, th« president of the Housewives' Associa* tion has appealed to the public not to use potatoes for a fortnight. Another protest meeting will be held in the Sydney Town Hall on Monday night to protest against famine prices of food. The police have given per*,' mission for a procession through tha.' city streets to the Town HalL
