RUMANIA'S OIL
AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY ONLY A LITTLE AVAILABLE (Received March 21, 2.45 p.m.) BUCHAREST, March 20. King Carol received the British Minister, Sir Reginald Hoare. It is understood that only a little oil is available to Germany under the trade agreement. It will be obtainable through normal commercial channels. British, American, and other foreign organisations control the bulk of the exportable supplies.
