It is declared that the Hun- ,'■ garians and the Carpatho-Ukrainians will henceforth have equal status as free citizens and that there will be no discrimination on the ground of religion. The vE,uthenians are unlikely to < be placed under minority status. Two thousand Czech officials and army officials are held up at Chust - - and are unable to go to Prague. The. leader of the Free Corps, ..'. Demetrius Klampus, is reported to hava been killed in an ambush.
