John Munro, a labourer and porter, aged 37,, who pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr. J. H, Luxford, S.M., to being idle, and disorderly, in that he had insufficient ; lawful means of support, was. convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within 12 months.
