ITALIAN ASSISTANCE
LONDON, March 14. Answering a question in the House of Commons today, the Foreign Undersecretary, Mr. R. A. Butler, said that reports indicated that General Franco had continued' to receive assistance from Germany and Italy since the beginning of November, 1938, but it was impossible to give particulars.
