PROBATION GRANTED

Two years' probation was granted Cyril Gordon McAliden McKey, a labourer, aged 23, and Arthur James Kilkolly, a labourer, aged 24, who appeared before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today for sentence on charges of committing mischief by damaging a showcase and win*dow, and of theft of shirts of a total value of 29s' 6d. They were also declared prohibited persons for the term of'the probation order, and ordered to make restitution to the extent of £2 10s each.
