ACCIDENTS
Mr. M. Hunt, a labourer, 29 Fitzherbert Street, Petone, suffered severe scalp wounds and shock when he was struck by a fall of rock during blasting 'operations in the Ngahauranga George at 7.30 p.m. yesterday. The Free Ambulance took him to hospital.
Struck by an angle iron in the Hutt Valley Railway Workshops at 5.20 p.*u. yesterday, Mr. A. Joblin, a boilermaker, 195 Molesworth Street, suffered a crushed left foot. The Free Ambulance took him to hospital.
