BALKAN ENTENTE
FRANCO RECOGNISED DE JURE
(Received February 23, 10.20 a.m.) BUCHAREST, February 22. The members of the Balkan Entente (Greece, Rumania, Turkey, and Yugoslavia) have agreed to recognise General Franco de jure. A communique issued at the conclusion of a conference of the Balkan Entente Powers stated that there was [complete harmony of views, and reaffirmed the mutual respect for fronj tiers.
