KULING REFUGEES
(Received February 23, 11 a.m.) SHANGHAI, February 22. Forty-seven foreigners, including 19 Britons and 11 Americans, arrived at Kiukiang on foot from Kuling. Fortyseven remain at Kuling, including immoveable invalids and an Englishwoman aged 84. The Japanese intend to attack Kuling within forty-eight hours.
