M. BLUM TO VISIT U.S.A.
(Received February 23, 9 a.m.) PARIS, February 22. M. Blum, leader of the Socialist Party and former Premier, is going to America early in March to study the political situation and the reaction of the United States to European affairs. iHe will return in April for the Presidential election.
