EARLY START TO BE MADE

(Received February 23, noon.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Federal Government intends to make an early stgrt on the fortification of Port Moresby, Papua, and a small military force has already been selected in Sydney to form the nucleus of the garrison. It is expected that a contingent numbering about 35 men will leave for Port Moresby soon. Tho garrison will be increased when th» fortifications have been completed.
