NAZI TAX ON PURCHASES
BERLIN, February 16.
Admitting that Jewish businesses will be taken over at a fraction of their value, Field-Marshal Goering has decreed that purchasers will be taxed 70 per cent, of the difference between the purchase price and the real valua^ thus grabbing the profits for the Stat*. .
