The "Informazione Diplomatica" says that the Italian legionaries will not return from Spain until General Franco announces that their task has been 'finished.
Tt adds that British and French procedure in recognising General Franco, ranging from flattery to threats, shows the mental confusion of the democracies, if not their?, ignorance of Snanish psychology. "Tt is Italy's way to march with a friend to the end, no matter what hannens." th 6 paper states. "We do not bplieve comradeship formed on lv»f*VfHdfi on land and in the air is destined to dissolve without leaving a trace."
