(British Official Wireless.» •"?■ "lk" RUGBY, February fc'-" 4In an answer in the House of Com--mons today, the Colonial Secretary (Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald) stated that the defence needs of the colonial der pendencies were un.der constant, re-' view by the' appropriate sub-commit* tees of the Imperial Defence Comnjittee, and reports on measures taken, during the recent crisis had been received from a number of the most important dependencies and action taken' upon them where it seemed necessary. In these circumstances, said,., Mr,' Mac Donald, he did not consider ,it necessary to ask for a report from all the Colonial Governments orj the adequacy of the measures taken last .Sep* ternber. ____________
