EX-SERVICEMEN'S SONS

(By Telegraph— -Press Association.) AUCKLAND, February 9. A fortnight's holiday in Narrabeen, Sydney, has been offered to 50 New Zealand boys, sons of ex-servicemen, by the Wives and Children's Holiday Association of the Australian Imperial Forces. Details of the invitation were announced at a meeting of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association.

It was stated that the Australian association conducted a holiday home in Narrabeen for wives, and children of returned soldiers, and it was here that, the New Zealand boys would be entertained. It was proposed that the boys, who were to be between 12 and 14 years old, should leave Wellington on April 3 and return on April 21. During their stay in Australia they would be under the care of a specially engaged ?^ff and a full itinerary ..was being arranged for the duration of their visit. ,

As the number of guests was limited to 50, it was added, it was possible that a ballot might be necesary in selecting the boys to make the trip. Each of the returned soldiers' associations in the Dominion was receiving five forms on which application for the holiday might be made up to February 20.
