Hore r Belisha, announced that although it is not desirous of qualifying the Territorials for responjibility for anti-air-craft defence, which is being discharged efficiently, the Government has decided to reinforce the Territorial anti-air-craft division defending London with two regular regiments of anti-aircraft artillery, which are to be stationed in. the neighbourhood of London. ,
