AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY

ZURICH, February 3. The Foreign Minister (M. Motta) made a statement that, despite German pressure, Switzerland had turned down the proposed Germano-Swiss agreement which was aimed at further muzzling Press criticism against Germany. ______
