FIT CAUSES DROWNING

TE KUITI, This Day,
Pera Pitihira, single, aged 22, was drowned in a pool upon his father's farm at Tiroa, near Mangapehi, yesterday afternoon as the, result of, a fit while he was in the water: Two children in the vicinity saw him disappear and the body was later recovered. It was stated at an inquest last night that the deceased had been, subject to fits from childhood.
