CENSUS ARRANGEMENTS
! (Received January 23, 11 a.m). LONDON, January 22. Provisional regulations for the Census' of 1941 have been issued by the i Minister of Health considerably in advance of the normal date and it is recalled that Sir John Anderson in the House of Commons last month said that the necessary steps would be taken shortly to enable a complete national register to be compiled immediately it was required in time of emergency.
