YOUTH CONFERENCE
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
For three days commencing on January 27, the youth committee ■of the Council of Religious Education oi New Zealand, will conduct a Youth Workers' Fellowship Conference at the Frederic Wallis House, Lower Hutt. This gathering is an outgrowth of what was known as the Waikanae Conference, when the Bible class leaders anci youth workers of.the various denomina tions gathered together for fellowshu and study. Enrolments this year are good, and a registration of 30 has been received, representing different denominational groups throughout the whole Dominion. The theme for the conference is the "Christian Community and the Seculai Sovereignties," which is a preliminary study to the World Youth Con ference to be held in Amsterdam Hoi land, in the mid-year The Rev J. M Bates fKurow) will conduct a series on the main theme. The Rev "Canon H. Watson (Marton) will" lead the devotions, and the Rev.
