Scoring on the Hutt links at the weekend was excellent. . On Saturday a stableford resulted m a win for W. L. Parsons, .36, 5-41. Parsons, who normally plays °n a 9 handicap, carded a 74 off the stick. Then came D. L. Irwin ,32 6-38^ S. C. Taylor, 35, 2—37; R. D. Wraight, 31, ~A stableford competition' was also played yesterday, and resulted in a win for D Swift, with 34, 4-38. Then came D. L. Irwin, 30, 6-36; G. M Fraze* 27, 8—35; H. J. Porter, 26, 9—35; and K. B. Lockett, 25, 7—32.
