SUBURBS CLUB
The Suburbs Defence Rifle Club fired the second shoot for the fifth series at Trentham on Saturday. There was a tricky rear wind varying from 5 t0.6 degrees right to 1 to 2 degrees left at times, and a considerable variation in light, and many promising scores suffered when riflemen struck bad patches of weather during their shoots. Next Saturday the club will complete its 300 yards series and also the competition for the Witcombe and Caldwell Cup. This series has been very closely contested.
