RUGBY, January 20
Two destroyers of the X class, the Kelvin and the Kipling, were launched at the Clyde. At Southampton the river gunboat Grasshopper, the latest example of the type to which the Woodcock and the Woodlark, the first naval vessels to navigtae the upper Yangtze, belong, was also launched.
