A Berlin spokesman, representing Dr. Schacht, who has been relieved of the presidency of the Reichsbank, has informed the chairman of the International Committee on Refugees, Mr. George Rublee, that the discussions on the Jewish question will be discontinued.

A Berlin message states that Jewish circles are more apprehensive as to the future after the announcement of the discontinuance of the discussions with Mr. Rublee.
