(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. The following are results of today's play in the junior national tennis tournament:— Girls' Singles.—Semi-final: B. Potter (Auckland) beat J. Wallace (Auckland), 3-6, 6-2, 6-3<
Combined Doubles.—Quarter-final: A. Burns and M. Hodges (Auckland) beat J. Walker and E. Gilmour (Wellington), 6-4, 5-6, 7-5.
New Zealand Plate.—Boys' final: D. Dunn (Wellington) beat J. Smith (North Auckland), 9-7.
New Zealand Plate.—Girls', final: D. Dickie (Tarariaki) beat J. Ludlow (Wellington), 9-7.
Combined Doubles. —Semi-finals: R. Haddock and Betty Potter, beat Barton and Elson, 6-4, 6-4; A. Burns and" Marion Hodges beat J. Smith and Winnie Smith, 6-3, 6-4.
In the boys' singles final A. Burns (Auckland) beat R. McKenzie (Wellington), 6-0. 6-0.
