■ Mr. Chamberlain, continuing his series of Ministerial consultations, saw the Marquess of Zetland, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, Sir Samuel Hoare, and Lord Halifax.

Mr. Mac Donald is to attend a conference of farmers in his constituency, North of Scotland, on Thursday afternoon, but is to return overnight to London in order to maintain close contact with departmental talks in connection with the forthcoming Palestine discussions.
