Regret that information regarding the basis of issuing import licences must in the meanwhile remain confidential is expressed by Mr. Nash ma telegram replying to one sent by the president of the Auckland Importers Association. Mr. Nash adds that further consideration will be given applications where special circumstances are shown to exist.
