Pengana Motor Industries, Pty., Ltd., has been registered in Melbourne with a nominal capital of £50,000, to manufacture and deal in motor cars, etc. The directors are Major-General Sir Thomas Blarney, Mr. Dillon, M.L.A., and Mr. R. M. Curry. The. company is being formed with the object of producing Australian motor-car engines.
