NEW YEAR PAIRS

FOUR ROUNDS PLAYED

Apart from the northerly wind which made conditions difficult at times, Wellington bowling greens were in excellent order for the first four rounds of the Wellington Bowling Centre's New Year pairs tournament yesterday. The tournament is, being conducted in four sections and at the end of play yesterday there were teams in each of the sections with four wins. The results of play are as follows: — SECTION A.
