TOKIO, December 22
The Prime Minister, Prince Konoye, announced that Japan's terms for ending the dispute in China include China's abandonment of extraterritorial rights, the abolition of the foreign concessions, and participation in the anti-Communist bloc. '
He said that Japan does not intend to establish an economic monopoly in China.
