PRAMS ON TRAMS
(To the Editor.) Sir,—l fully support "Dutiful Pram Pusher." I live in Brooklyn and trains with only one pram on have me and left me to push my baby and pram up the hill. We suburban mothers are entitled to have the position improved and something done for us.—l am, etc., YOUNG MOTHER.
