The site is well sheltered" from the prevailing northerly winds and is about two miles from the Exhibition grounds. Levelling work is to be commenced at once. Darlington Road is in the middle of the picture, and Totara Road and Nevay Road run along the hillside on the right and Weka Street on the left.
