FEEDING OF VILLAGERS

(British Official Wireless.)

RUGBY, November 29,

In connection with the foreign I*ress allegations regarding the disorganisation of road transport in Palestine and the serious situation which is said to be resulting regarding food supplies in certain areas, it is officially pointed out in London that Army lorries are being used in Palestine to convey food to Arab villages where necessary.

The charges made may be considered to be without foundation. Where temporary difficulties have arisen they have been caused solely by the policy of Arab non-co-operation.
