BERLIN, November 30,

Germany's first aircraft carrier, a vessel with sixteen 6-inch, ten 4-inch, and 22/ anti-aircraft guns, 19,250 tons displacement, and a speed of 32 knots, will be launched at Kiel on December 8.

Field-Marshal Goering declares that in a future war the navy will take the offensive in the Atlantic.

A high-speed aircraft carrier is to be attached to every fleet. Two are building and two are being planned. This is in accordance with the AngloGerman naval pact.
