The flag competition at Waiwetu on Saturday was1 won by F. Lusty, who holed ■ out at the eighteenth, K. K. Watts finishing well'up the eighteenth fairway. Sunday's bogey produced some good scoresi R. Roberts and N. Sherwood both finishiiagS up, closely followed by L. Quinn. 2 up, and D. Moon and P. Wallace, all square. The match with Strathmore Park resulted in a win for Waiwetu in the singles by 8 to 2 with 2 games squared, and in the fourball by 4 to nil with 2 squared. The club's fixtures are:—Saturday, 9 holes hidden hole competition; Sunday, a 36-holes medaL the best round to count for the Summer Cup.
