CHRISTIANITY IN UNIVERSITY
. (To the Editor.) Sir, —Concerning the statement reported in the Press from the recent Methodist Synod about Victoria University College, I wish to state, on behalf of the Victoria College Student Christian Movement, that our movement had no part in raising the issue of the position of Christianity in the college. We do not feel that there is a. dominant anti-Christian feeling in the college, but rather an apathetic' attitude to questions of religion in general. We are always treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration by the Professorial Board and the Students' Association, and our work has been greatly facilitated this year by the friendly co-operation of both these bodies. —I am, etc., LYNETTE A. DALLARD, President, V.U.C.S.C.M.
